Project: Development of Digital Banking and Financial Services for a Ukrainian Bank
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can effectively translate business needs into software requirements. This role involves participating in the creation of modern digital solutions for a MTB bank, including remote banking services, payment products, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze business needs, particularly regarding payment products, card services, and internet/mobile banking systems. * Communicate with bank stakeholders, including IT, risk management, compliance, and payment service departments. * Formalize and document business requirements (BRD), user stories, technical specifications (SRS), and process diagrams (BPMN). * Define and document acceptance criteria. * Participate in pre-project activities, demos, workshops, and preparation of RFPs/commercial proposals. * Analyze NBU regulatory framework and requirements of payment systems (Visa / Mastercard). * Support developers and QA engineers during the software development process.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development. * Practical experience with banking or financial products (especially digital ones). * Understanding of Visa / Mastercard payment systems architecture and operations. * Knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience writing documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Business Process Diagrams. * Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio. * Fluent in Ukrainian and conversational English.
Nice to Have: * Experience working in a bank, processing center, or with integration of banking systems (CBS, ABS, Card Management, AML/Fraud Monitoring). * Understanding of PCI DSS and National Bank of Ukraine regulations. * Experience implementing remote banking solutions (internet/mobile banking, remote servicing). * Technical background (working with databases, APIs, integrations).
