Own and scale demand generation across Europe for our Startups & SMB business line, moving the offer mix from staff augmentation toward Managed Delivery services.
Responsibilities: * Demand-Gen Planning & Execution: Plan and drive demand generation activity, run campaigns end-to-end—launch, monitor, iterate. * Channel Expansion: Lead development of additional marketing channels and application of the latest technologies. * Content Strategy: Define messaging themes, editorial calendar, and asset mix (case studies, whitepapers, webinars). Cooperate with SMEs and peer teams to deliver it. * Budget Management: track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and in line with annual sales objectives * Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Business Unit Collaboration: Participate in planning and strategy development for the business unit. Align closely with Sales and Delivery.
Requirements: * 3–5 years hands-on B2B demand-gen or growth marketing in IT services, SaaS, or dev-tool environments. * Experience in managing marketing budget with clear ROI * Experience in defining content strategy * Experience in managing team * Understanding of Marketing trends and impact on ML/AI tools
Nice-to-Have: * Familiarity with startup funding ecosystems (accelerators, VC networks). * Understanding of the European Small-to-Midsize Enterprise landscape. * Experience with the latest ML/AI tools for Marketing
