We are looking for a Middle or Middle+ TypeScript engineer to join our HealthTech teams developing SaaS products for the US pharmaceutical sector. You will help build systems for Patient Onboarding, REMS, and Distribution using React, Nest.js, and Prisma in an Nx monorepo on Microsoft Azure.
Strong English communication skills are required due to daily contact with US stakeholders. We value those who follow modern trends and leverage tools like Cursor, VS Code with Copilot, and other AI-enhanced environments.
Core Responsibilities * Develop features in React and Nest.js within an Nx monorepo * Build and manage PostgreSQL schemas and handle basic transactions * Integrate Azure services including Functions, APIM, Managed Identity, Key Vault * Write unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews * Actively participate in team standups and collaborate with PMs, BAs, and QA
Requirements * 4+ years of production experience with TypeScript * 1+ years of experience with either React or Nest.js * Solid understanding of REST principles, SOLID, and common design patterns * Experience building workspace libraries in Nx * Familiarity with deploying to Azure Infrastructure * Ability to create basic CI pipelines with GitHub Actions * At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English * Good understanding of authorization mechanisms
Nice to Have * Experience with GraphQL * Authentication via Microsoft Entra ID (MSAL React) * Awareness of HIPAA / SOC 2 compliance * Nx Monorepo, GitHub Actions experience * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
