We are looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Customer Care Officer to lead and build a comprehensive customer care ecosystem from the ground up, encompassing Support, VIP Support, and Quality Assurance departments.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
* At least 5+ years managing customer service in the iGaming industry
* Building and scaling customer support and VIP departments
* Implementing KPIs and quality evaluation systems
* Advanced support technologies (automation, chatbots, analytics)
* Customer feedback analysis and service optimization
* Process efficiency and optimization expertise
* English — Upper Intermediate minimum
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with high-activity users and industry challenges

* Develop and execute a strategy for Customer Support, VIP Services, and Quality Assurance departments
