Your responsibilities will include: * Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth; * Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers, helping them grow and deliver results; * Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate deals, and continuously optimize cooperation; * Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and suggest improvements; * Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market shifts, and compliance updates to keep our program competitive; * Improve internal processes, tools, and workflows to make the affiliate program more efficient and scalable; * Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the partner network;
What we expect from you: * 4+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry; * Proven track record working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets — understanding of regional specifics, traffic sources, and partner expectations; * Strong desire and potential to grow into a leadership role; * Solid understanding of affiliate strategies, tracking tools, and performance metrics; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships; * Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and experience in optimizing campaign performance; * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment; * Leadership qualities — you’re proactive, supportive, and know how to bring out the best in your team; * Fluent in English (written and spoken);
