About us:
Sociala is a new-generation social platform designed for content monetization and community-building. Creators can sell paid posts, offer subscriptions, accept donations, and run free or paid channels — all within one dynamic ecosystem. Who we’re looking for:
We’re searching for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, web design, marketing, and customer support. This is a key role in our startup — you’ll be the person who keeps things moving, connects the dots, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage multiple ongoing projects (feature development, web design, support workflows, marketing campaigns);
* Plan sprints, assign and track tasks in Jira;
* Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, support, and founders;
* Write clear, structured task briefs and coordinate across departments;
* Contribute to the development and launch of platform features like Smartlists, paid/free posts, chats, analytics, subscriptions, and more;
* Participate in testing flows, identifying bugs, and ensuring product quality;
* Set priorities, identify blockers, and continuously improve team workflows;
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital products (SaaS, startup, or platform experience preferred);
* Strong skills in task management tools ( Jira, Trello, etc.);
* Ability to manage complexity, structure chaos, and keep multiple teams aligned;
* Solid understanding of product thinking and UX;
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
* Independent, proactive, and reliable;
* Advanced English proficiency.
