memoryOS is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable user acquisition and conversion optimization across our core paid channels — with a primary focus on Meta Ads, CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.

As part of our team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and creative team to optimize paid funnels, test performance hypotheses, and maximize ROAS — playing a critical role in scaling the most-funded app on Kickstarter and the #1 product in its category.

What you’ll be working on: * Run and scale Meta Ads (SKAN & Web) campaigns with performance budgets over $300K/month. * Analyze funnel performance, LTV, CPA, and ROI to continuously improve user acquisition strategies. * Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests across quiz funnels, monetization pages, and onboarding flows together with the product and dev teams. * Collaborate with designers to produce and iterate on high-converting creatives. * Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion across web and app funnel touchpoints. * Own marketing analytics: work with tools like Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights. * Research market trends and competitors, generate and test new growth hypotheses. * Communicate results, bottlenecks, and ensure efficient collaboration with the dev team, R&D, and C-level executives.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have: * 2+ years in growth marketing roles focused on paid acquisition and conversion optimization. * Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and budgets of at least $50K/month. * Strong knowledge of CRO & growth tactics, growth experiments, and A/B testing methodologies. * Experience with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels. * Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau/Data Studio, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust. * A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast based on data. * Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
Bonus Points: * Experience with TikTok, Applovin, ASA. * Knowledge of retention marketing tools (e.g., Iterable, Braze, One Signal). * Familiarity with ASO or SEO strategies. * Experience working in a startup or remote-first team environment.
