About the role: At P2H, design is more than aesthetics — it’s a way to communicate ideas, build trust, and deliver clarity. We’re looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer who’s comfortable owning the full cycle of design tasks — from concept and structure to polished final result. You’ll be part of a cross-functional creative team and collaborate closely with project managers, marketers, and developers to bring purposeful design solutions to life across digital and brand touchpoints. What we’re looking for: * 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX (in B2B). * Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work on responsive web, mobile interfaces, brand identity. * Deep expertise in Figma and confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Excellent visual design skills: typography, grid systems, layout, color, motion principles. * Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and modern UX patterns. * Experience designing for marketing touchpoints: landing pages, email templates, social campaigns. * Ability to structure and drive multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. * Strong collaboration skills — experience working directly with developers, marketers, and stakeholders. * Passion for design as a system- not just visuals, but how it communicates, converts, and scales.
Your impact: * Lead the design of high-quality, scalable web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and business goals. * Develop and support design systems and reusable UI components. * Own the full design process -from concept, wireframes, and prototyping to final handoff. * Create visual concepts and templates for marketing and social media assets. * Partner closely with Mаrketing Team, PMs, developers, and stakeholders to define problems and deliver elegant solutions. * Apply insights from user behavior, A/B testing, and performance data into design iterations. * Actively contribute to design process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team. * Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies and help us evolve through them.
Will be a plus: * Experience with motion design (After Effects, Lottie, SVG animations). * Experience working in product or startup environments with fast iteration cycles. * Familiarity with tools like Webflow.
