We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, manage ad campaigns, and drive sustainable growth across key performance metrics. If you combine analytical thinking with creativity — we’d love to have you on our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing digital marketing strategies based on target audience and competitor analysis, market trends, and business goals;
* Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other platforms;
* Setting up and managing targeting for social media ads: segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis;
* Website and landing page optimization for marketing and conversion goals;
* Managing advertising budgets and improving ROI/ROMI;
* Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create marketing assets: banners, posts, landing pages, etc;
* Preparing regular campaign performance reports and offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What we expect from you:
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing;
* Solid knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, basic SEO practices, and CRM systems;
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with numbers and performance metrics;
* Creativity and awareness of social media trends and best practices;
* Self-motivation, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership over your results.
