We are looking for a Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to join our team on a freelance basis and support the internal systems of our client, a US-based product company in the medical technology sector. Their solutions help patients with chronic kidney disease receive personalized, high-quality care through innovative web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: * Administer and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) platform. * Configure and customize entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins. * Manage system security, user roles, permissions, and data access. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. * Implement updates, patches, and integrations with third-party systems. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes. * Provide technical documentation and end-user support.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM). * Strong knowledge of system administration, customization, and configuration. * Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse. * Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security models and data governance. * Experience with API integrations and connecting Dynamics 365 to external systems. * Analytical thinking and ability to improve internal business processes. * Intermediate strong level of English or higher.
Nice to Have: * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-200). * Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central. * Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps tools.
