Project Description: Our Creative Hub is looking for new talent! We are building a design team that will contribute to both the marketing department’s strategies and the overall company strategy. We are looking for an experienced Middle Graphic Designer to join our team and help create engaging visual content that will strengthen the Devlight brand both in Ukraine and internationally. This role is a great fit if you are passionate about developing brand identity and consistency, and enjoy generating visual solutions that positively impact how clients perceive a brand.
Your future responsibilities: • Create presentations for Pre-Sale activities, new services, and online/offline events. • Design responsive web pages, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate with developers. • Develop design systems and versatile visual solutions for websites, social media, and presentations. • Build and implement visual identity for new projects and further develop Devlight’s brand style. • Scale and adapt graphics for SMM, advertising, presentations, web, and print materials. • Prepare print-ready materials for offline events and internal needs. • Animate interfaces and create video showreels for mobile apps developed by Devlight. • Maintain documentation in Figma and Confluence, and share new approaches within the team. • Participate in brainstorming sessions, generate new visual ideas and explore innovative formats.
Your professional qualities:
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing team (consistent freelance experience is also welcome). • Strong proficiency in Figma and Photoshop. • Experience working in tech companies and on eCommerce projects. • Portfolio showcasing strong visual design work. • English level B1 or higher: ability to work with documentation, learning materials, and tools in English.
Nice to have:
• Proficiency in Illustrator and After Effects (or similar tools for motion graphics and illustrations). • Experience in creating graphics using generative AI tools (Sora, Midjourney, Firefly, Leonardo AI, Freepik AI, etc.). • Understanding of AI-first trends in design and a desire to implement new approaches. • Experience working with website builders (Webflow, Framer, Elementor — is a plus). • Experience in creating animated graphics for SMM and ads. • Strong team collaboration skills: ability to work effectively with marketers, developers, and other teams.
