We are seeking a dedicated IT Lawyer to join our team at Dripify, a leading B2B SaaS product company.
Project — dripify.io Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allows automating cold-emailing and lead generation on LinkedIn.
Requirements:
— Middle Lawyer (3 years of overall legal experience), one year — at the IT company; — Strong legal research and analytical skills; — Familiar with general contractual frameworks for SaaS products (License Agreement, Reseller Agreements, MSA); — Experience with drafting & reviewing employment contracts, independent contractor agreements; — Skilled in data protection, participated in GDPR implementation; — Basic knowledge of international taxation & corporate structuring, BEPS principles;
Responsibilities:
— Active participation in GDPR implementation: cross-team communication, preparing data management guidelines for team members; conducting GDPR literacy training; drafting DPAs; preparing cybersecurity policies; — IP rights protections: international trademark registration, participating in IP box management; — Manage incoming contract-related requests from clients and internal stakeholders; — Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including License Agreements and MSAs; — Prepare NDAs, Non-Compete Agreements, and Software Development Services Agreements; — Draft and update Terms of Service, User Agreements, and Privacy Policies for digital products and platforms.
