We are seeking a proficient Product Manager to assist us in guiding our product development initiatives. Our Agile team, based in various locations with headquarters in Bonn, Germany, handles the full software development lifecycle; from initiation to implementation and operation of physical access control software operating multiple electronic locks across different radio protocols and RFID identification media.

Location: * Remote. * On-site in Bonn (required for all candidates who are located in Germany).
Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. * Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, collecting, synthesizing, and translating customer feedback into actionable project tasks. * Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to optimize product offerings. * Organize the effective delivery with strict quality standards and security requirements. * Communicate project progress, strategies, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners. * Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to deliver successful projects. * Identify potential risks and issues within the project and propose mitigation strategies.

Your skills: * Proven experience in IT project management and coordinating Agile teams (at least 3 years). * Solid experience in product development. * Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch. * Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Advanced Business English language knowledge. * Experience with project development methodologies. (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban) * Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Good analytical skills, oriented on continuous process improvement. * Responsibility for customer/partner relationship growth. * Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: * Experience with IoT products in building automation and physical access control. * Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * Understanding of general security concepts. * German language skills.
