We are looking for an analytically minded Retention Marketing Specialist to drive and evolve our customer retention strategy across emerging markets. You’ll create personalized, data-informed, multi-channel campaigns that boost engagement, increase LTV, and reduce churn. Your work will directly influence how millions of users connect with our product — turning one-time actions into long-term relationships.
Responsibilities * Own and optimize retention strategies across email, web push, and app push to increase deposits, reduce churn, and grow LTV in Asia, MENA, and Africa * Design and manage automated user journeys and audience segmentation to deliver timely, personalized, and relevant messaging * Update responsive HTML/CSS email templates and troubleshoot rendering or deliverability issues to ensure flawless execution * Run A/B and multivariate tests, quickly scaling what works and turning insights into action scale successful variants quickly, and turn insights into action * Work closely with product, design, and data teams to ensure messaging is on-brand, compliant, and scalable across new channels like SMS and in-app
Requirements * At least 2 years of experience in lifecycle and retention marketing (email, web/app push) * Experience in segmentation, automation, deliverability, and reporting using email and push platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, OneSignal) * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing and working with to adjust responsive email and push templates * Confident in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and using Google Analytics and BI tools * Analytical mindset with a focus on rapid testing, learning, and scaling
Will be a plus * Experience localizing campaigns across Asia, MENA, and Africa * Experience with ESP/CRM integrations, APIs, and webhooks * Background in incorporating SMS into multi-channel retention strategies
