We work with hundreds of specialists worldwide who train AI and perform data annotation tasks, providing cutting-edge solutions for our partners.
Your Future Responsibilities:
Ensuring Operational Efficiency: * Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve location goals. * Analyze team productivity and quality, identify problematic areas, and initiate solutions. * Collect and consolidate operational data for reporting.
Resource and Team Management: * Coordinate Team Leads and manage large indirect teams (200+ people). * Organize onboarding and training processes for personnel, ensuring they meet project needs. * Identify underperforming employees and collaboratively develop improvement plans.
Process Optimization and Development: * Participate in setting up and improving operational processes and workflows. * Create and update internal instructions and documentation. * Collaborate with leadership to implement new approaches and systems.
What We Expect From You:
Work Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (Operations Manager, Senior Team Lead, or similar) within companies with large workforces (200+ people, indirect management). * Experience in the outsourcing or IT sector. Experience in Data Annotation or LLM Training is a significant plus but not mandatory if you have a strong operational management background and are willing to learn quickly.
Language Proficiency: * English level B2-C1 (spoken and written) — mandatory for daily communication.
Technical Skills: * Excellent Google Sheets skills (report creation, formulas, data analysis). * Experience with CRM systems and other accounting/ERP software (desirable).
Soft Skills: * High analytical skills and ability to work with data. * System thinking and ability to see the “big picture”. * Proactive and self-driven in task resolution. * Adaptability to dynamic environments and change. * Strong communication skills. * Result-oriented and ability to learn quickly. * Interest in new technologies and process automation.
