Fishing Planet game studio is a group of talented and dedicated people, who created a successful F2P game from scratch that is now available on 6 platforms — Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox and Mobile — both iOS and Android. We’re on the lookout for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and technically curious Technical Game Designer to join our team. If you enjoy bringing structure to creative ideas, love working with game systems, and are eager to learn and grow alongside a friendly, supportive team — we’d be truly excited to get to know you. Your Impact: * Script in-game missions using a custom internal scripting format. * Configure gameplay parameters and logic for in-game objects — including behavior, progression, and interactions. * Place and configure objects in Unity scenes: working with prefabs, game objects, positioning, shards, etc. * Test missions and gameplay scenarios to ensure correctness and stability.
Your Background: * Solid understanding of gameplay logic, structure, and the sequence of events in missions. * Systematic thinking and strong attention to detail. * Confident user of Unity with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. * Comfortable working with Unity’s component-based architecture, prefab system, asset management, and scene structure. * Experience with visual scripting tools or setting up interactive gameplay logic without direct coding (e.g., node-based systems, internal tools, Blueprints). * Basic knowledge of game design principles: mission structure, balance tuning, and progression systems.
Will be a plus: * Basic understanding of SQL or any programming language. * Experience designing mission/quest logic, level structure, or live event systems. * A love for fishing is a definite bonus!
