Required skills * Experience in Web3. * More than a year of commercial experience in IT project management, preferably in outsourcing. * Demonstrated success in software project execution. * Mastery over Agile/non-Agile and a keen understanding of SDLC. * Skills in project discovery, pre-sales, and detailed requirement documentation. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * A proactive approach to challenges. * Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate).
