Level: Junior—Middle About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager to help us grow our sales pipeline via Upwork and other freelance platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, writing tailored proposals, and helping the sales team book discovery calls. ✅ Responsibilities: Daily search for relevant jobs and RFPs on Upwork Write and submit high-quality, personalized proposals Maintain and track pipeline in spreadsheets Collaborate with Sales team to qualify leads and follow up Monitor platform trends and optimize the approach. Requirements: 1 year+ of experience with Upwork or similar platforms; Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate+); Attention to detail, time management, and strong communication; Understanding of IT services or digital products is a plus.
