We are looking for a talented Event Manager to take our internal communications to the next level. Become a part of an international team and implement your own creative and effective communication strategies.
What tasks await you: * Organize internal corporate events to increase the level of team engagement. * Build an internal communication plan for the international team. * Be responsible for the communication platform (Microsoft Teams). * Create and implement a content plan for the company’s social media (Instagram). * Inform employees about news and events in the company. * Prepare materials for all activities (banners, survey forms). * Contribute to the improvement of processes that determine employee experience.
Our ideal candidate has: * Relevant work experience — from 2-3 years. * At least Upper-Intermediate English level. We have colleagues who speak English only, so this is a must-have. * Work experience with content in different formats: social media, emails, etc. * Experience with editors to process photo/video content, knows internal communications tools. * Creativity, attention to details, and ability to present information professionally. * Work experience with an international team.
