We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Leader to join our team and drive the development of our innovative mobile application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mobile development, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework.
Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and deployment of our mobile application using Flutter. * Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Define and enforce best practices for mobile application architecture, coding standards, and testing. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Oversee code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. * Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for mobile development.
Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in mobile application development. * At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (formal or de-facto), demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor a team. * Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of the framework’s architecture and lifecycle. * Extensive experience working with various state management solutions within Flutter (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to build and deliver high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points (Great Advantage): * Native iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C) * Native Android development experience (Kotlin/Java) * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications. * A portfolio of published mobile applications on the App Store or Google Play.
