Requirements: — Completed courses in IT recruitment; — Working experience as a Recruiter; — Familiarity with sourcing strategies; — Understanding of how to conduct HR interviews effectively; — Strong copywriting skills; — Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and recruitment data critically; — Understanding of IT roles and terminology; — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; — Strong communication and interpersonal skills; — Self-motivated and eager to learn; — Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
