Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client’s side * Ensure the successful integration of the Internal Platform in collaboration with internal teams and client representatives * Proactively identify and resolve ongoing issues and challenges * Take ownership of overall client satisfaction and business growth in close coordination with Internal Platform team team
Requirements: * English proficiency at B2 level or higher * Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills * A good understanding of the IT industry and its core processes is a huge plus * Experience in account management and/or customer success is a huge plus
