REQUIREMENTS: * 6+ years of experience in business development/sales with a focus on programmatic advertising, including 3+ years in leadership positions * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets * English level: Advanced * Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Willingness to travel as needed
WOULD BE A PLUS: * Familiarity with Google Ad Manager 360, Header Bidding, OpenRTB protocols, and other related technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for programmatic advertising, including header bidding and direct publisher relationships. Align sales with marketing efforts and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets * Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Develop new partnerships and business opportunities in the programmatic ad space * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders * Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring goals are met and continuous training is provided * Strategic Decisions and Metrics: Make strategic decisions and manage key performance metrics * Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements through thorough market analysis * Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports * Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products to communicate value to clients * Company Representation: Network and promote the company at industry events and conferences
