Your expertise: * Linux system administration work experience 2+ years * Intermediate or higher level of written English * Knowledge of LAMP stacks, including the installation, configuration * Basic understanding of Email, DNS systems principles * Basic knowledge of Bash or other scripting languages (Python, Perl, PHP, etc) * Databases: MySQL based * Networking: * a) Understanding of OSI Model, TCP / IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP) * b) IP addressing and subnetting, Routing concepts * Able to promptly respond to inquiries via email, instant messaging, ticketing systems and other electronic communications * Have a strong will for self-development * Strong focus on self-education and self-motivation, team player with a keen desire to help others
Will definitely be a plus: * Experience in DDoS mitigation * Experience and understanding of web technologies * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Icinga, etc) * Experience with GIT, Ansible * Understanding of CI / CD processes

You will be involved into: * Own the day-to-day health, uptime, monitoring, and reliability of services and server infrastructure * Analyze and improve the reliability of the applications * Work together with teams in other departments to find technical solutions * Root cause analysis for production outages * Hardware and software monitoring * Help with automation and DevOps processes * NB: work with servers and services is required (NO customer support or interaction with end users / customers is expected)

As our new TechOps Shift Engineer, you will maintain, monitor and develop infrastructure servers and services, keep their performance and stability on the highest level. You will also troubleshoot and investigate global technical issues our internal systems/servers may have. You will develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge as well as knowledge of technologies you work with and optimize technical processes/procedures to make them more efficient and easier both for clients and the team.
