We’re seeking an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Python, a passion for startups, and a genuine interest in ML and data to join our team.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering; Proven expertise with the Python programming language; Strong understanding of ETL processes; Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools; Deep expertise in Airflow, Snowflake; Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.); English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do:
Create data pipelines that can be used to process and analyse large amounts of data, using Snowflake, Looker, Airflow, and DBT; Develop ETL workflows to process structured/unstructured data, ensuring data quality and reliability; Implement and enforce data quality checks, validation processes, and governance best practices to maintain data integrity; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives; Document technical processes and maintain version control for reproducibility.
