We are an Israeli company with over 10 years of experience in product development. Our development team is actively growing, so we are looking for a detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven Recruiter who is also ready to take on HR-related tasks. In this role, you will combine recruitment responsibilities with basic HR functions, helping to build a strong team and improve the employee experience within the company.

What you will be doing: * Carrying out the full cycle of recruitment and candidate evaluation at various levels. * Building close cooperation with Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive search strategy. * Processing incoming candidate flow for open positions, and also independently sourcing candidates using boolean/x-ray search (working with GitHub, Behance, LinkedIn, and other platforms). * Creating and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, and developing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Managing hiring metrics and reporting on progress. * Continuously improving recruiting processes and tools to achieve optimal results. * Enhancing candidate experience. * Handling HR processes and employee support. * Collaborating with the team on employer branding projects.
What you need to join us: * At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, including proven experience in IT recruitment. * Knowledge of active sourcing methods and funnel building. * Skills in conducting structured interviews and deep candidate assessments, with the ability to analyze motivation, behavior, and identify risk factors. * Responsibility, independence, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * English level: upper intermediate.
It would be a plus: * Experience in mass recruitment. * Participation in employer branding projects. * Experience in HR support and employee management.
