About the role
We’re looking for a Design Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with our clients, bringing talented Product, Graphic, UX Designers to their teams. This role will be focused on partnering with our beloved Ukrainian clients.
In this role, you’ll:
* Find, engage with passive candidates through various sources
* Review portfolios, case studies based on the client’s needs
* Talk to candidates at interviews, ensuring that they’re a good fit
* Keep candidate data organized in our ATS
* Learn about hiring needs and design role profiles alongside our recruiting team.
About you:
* You’re interested in design and recruitment. Maybe you have experience with one or both.
* 1+ years in design or engineering recruitment
* You are deeply interested in new technologies and AI
* You’re curious about how startups hire and build design teams.
* You’re organized and detail-oriented.
* You enjoy research and figuring things out on your own.
* You have a proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to ask questions or try new tools.
* Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher
