Our partner, Atom Apps, is a fast-growing, AI-powered mobile app company with 15M+ U.S. downloads. They specialize in end-to-end mobile app development, monetization, and distribution across various verticals.
Now, Atom Apps is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to lead and scale user acquisition on Meta and TikTok. You’ll own the full strategy, budget, performance optimization, and creative direction, working closely with cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a data-driven growth marketer with experience managing high-budget paid social campaigns for mobile apps, who excels in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. What You’ll Do * Own strategic growth across Meta and TikTok with a focus on efficiency and spend scaling. * Proactively identify and act on growth opportunities using performance data, competitor insights, and internal learnings. * Autonomously build custom acquisition reports to spot trends, gaps, and scaling potential. * Build and test creative strategies and formats to improve upper-funnel performance * Design and execute buying experiments, and validate hypotheses through data * Contribute to the launch of new products and expansion into new markets * Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize key metrics. * Build and manage high-budget campaigns. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product, analytics) to drive results.
Must-Have Skills & Experience * Managed $300K+/month on Meta or TikTok. * Worked with either Android and iOS campaigns or Web2App campaigns * Comfortable setting tasks for designers and creatives. * Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * English: B2 level or higher.
Nice-to-Have * Experience managing $1M+/month on Meta or TikTok. * Familiarity with Web2Web, Web2App, and direct mobile campaigns (both Android and SKAN). * Background in managing and mentoring UA specialists. * Experience setting up tracking and attribution. * Understanding of platform mechanics (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat auction systems, CAPI/SKAN, attribution flows) * Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, AppsFlyer or Adjust.
