About Us
We are a dynamic and innovative iGaming company launching a next-generation Casino Project. Backed by a global team of over 1,300 professionals, we’ve successfully delivered products across Tier 1 to Tier 3 markets. Our mission is to deliver world-class casino experiences tailored to local markets. Now, we’re looking for a Casino Manager to lead game operations and promotions for the Mexican market.
What Experience Is Important to Us
— 2+ years in similar roles: Head of Casino, Casino Manager, or Gaming Manager in iGaming.
— Proven experience managing game providers and negotiating favorable terms.
— Track record in organizing tournaments, jackpots, and provider-based promotions.
— Strong understanding of core metrics: MAU, DAU, RR%, GGR, NGR, ARPPU, LTV.
— Experience with market research and localization (especially Mexico).
— Familiarity with aggregator platforms and game integration.
— Deep knowledge of casino bonus mechanics.
— Strategic thinking and the ability to execute based on analytical insights.
— Experience working with CMS systems (2+ years) for lobby/game management.
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher; Spanish is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
— Develop and implement the casino strategy: full cycle from analytics to execution.
— Manage game providers and coordinate promotions, tournaments, and exclusive campaigns.
— Create and execute promo plans aligned with business metrics and market behavior.
— Prioritize activities and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency.
— Ensure full product localization for the Mexican market (language, culture, regulations).
— Work closely with CRM, design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
— Segment users and drive targeted engagement strategies.
— Maintain a high level of user experience and product relevance.
— Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
— Manage fraud detection processes and ensure operational integrity.
— Optimize game lobby, content updates, banners, and CMS system.
— Monitor industry trends, competitors, and local innovations.
— Establish and manage game categories and seasonal themes (e.g. Halloween, Christmas).
