Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1300+ experts and offices in 12 countries.Requirements: * Strong experience in SWE, SRE, or DevOps roles with a focus on ML Ops; * Proven experience with microservice architecture and RESTful API development; * Hands-on knowledge of Terraform and AWS infrastructure; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and Python packaging; * Comfortable working with large-scale data pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow); * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to have: * Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow; * Familiarity with LLM model infrastructure; * Knowledge of large-scale data processing systems (e.g., Spark).
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain scalable microservice architectures and RESTful APIs for ML Ops; * Support production ML pipelines for deep learning models and LLMs; * Investigate, debug, and resolve operational issues in data/ML services; * Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform within AWS; * Contribute to the packaging and CI/CD processes for Python-based polyrepos; * Participate in the team on-call rotation (8 am — 6 pm ET, Mon—Fri).
