We are a recruitment agency talentC, from the Genesis ecosystem. For over 11 years, our team has been helping scale leading businesses in Ukraine and worldwide by finding and hiring specialists from Trainees to C-level positions.
Our partner is Atom Apps — a product company creating AI-powered mobile applications in the Utility, Productivity, and Lifestyle categories. Inspired by success of their Horoscope Android App with 75k active daily users targeted at the USA market, the team is looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision and launch a top-tier Horoscope app from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
— Craft and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the Horoscope app on Android;
— Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration — including user research, feature scoping, roadmap prioritization, and post-launch optimization;
— Leverage user feedback, behavioral analytics, and market data to inform decisions, ensuring features meet real-world needs and deliver delightful experiences;
— Collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, data science, and customer support teams to align goals, unblock progress, and deliver high-quality app experiences at scale;
— Lead rapid experimentation and A/B testing to optimize user onboarding, engagement, and monetization (subscriptions, ads, or search-driven models);
— Monitor key product metrics (e.g., retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, feature adoption), identify bottlenecks, and drive data-informed improvements;
— Stay ahead of trends in the Horoscope category; regularly analyze competitor products and incorporate relevant insights into the product roadmap;
— Clearly communicate product goals, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Experience & Skills:
— 3+ years of product management experience launching apps on iOS and / or Android platforms;
— Skilled in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance optimization using tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude;
— Solid command of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing) through the full product lifecycle;
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a user-centric approach to feature prioritization;
— C1 English proficiency or equivalent.
Will be an advantage:
— Experience building or scaling any of the below categories: Horoscope, Horoscope, AI Health and Fitness (Calorie Tracker, Blood Pressure etc), Phone Cleaner, Photo and Video editing.
