We are looking for a Budget Controller to join our team. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Budget Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial management and controlling background, with a passion for operational accuracy and strategic insight. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Oversee and ensure compliance with company budgets and financial plans. * Review and approve expense requests and manage their submission into 1C. * Control financial transactions and ensure correct expense allocation. * Monitor payment processes and coordinate approval workflows. * Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payments and budget-related matters. * Participate in the budgeting process, including updates and forecasting. * Consolidate financial data and manage large datasets for analysis and reporting. * Perform ad hoc financial control and analysis tasks as needed.
Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally in a controlling or financial analysis position. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. * Experience with 1C and task management tools such as Asana or similar. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Solid understanding of managerial accounting principles. * Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost allocation methodologies. * Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken). * Native Ukrainian is required
