We’re looking for a Middle WordPress Developer to join a short-term but high-impact project — creating a localized version of a mono-brand cosmetic online store for the Ukrainian market.
About the project: You’ll be working with full access to the original website’s source code and WordPress backend. The task is to create a copy of the existing store and adapt it for the Ukrainian audience — including content localization, currency setup, and minor UX/UI adjustments.
Responsibilities: * Set up a clone of an existing WordPress-based e-commerce site * Adapt and localize the store for the Ukrainian market (language, currency, legal pages, etc.) * Implement any necessary integrations (e.g., local payment/shipping providers) * Optimize for performance and SEO (for the Ukrainian region) * Troubleshoot and debug as needed
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience with WordPress development * Strong knowledge of WooCommerce * Experience working with custom themes and plugins * Good understanding of localization/internationalization in WordPress * Ability to work independently with source code and WP backend * Experience with Git
