Due to our active growth, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our fast-growing team.
We might just make the perfect team if you:
— Have 6+ months of experience in recruitment: you know where to post a job, what LinkedIn Recruiter tools are for, how to run a Boolean search, and you won’t confuse Java with JavaScript. You’re curious, driven, and ready to learn even more. — Speak and write English at an Upper-Intermediate level: you’re comfortable on calls and in chats, and you can hold a conversation that goes off-script without panicking. — Are a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and can manage your time based on priorities — not just vibes.
It’s a plus if you:
— Know the basics of SEO (or at least aren’t scared of the term). — Have experience sourcing or closing Marketing roles.
What you’ll be doing:
— Turning vague job info into clear, catchy Job Descriptions that actually make people want to apply. — Sourcing candidates: understanding the tech stack, spotting relevant skills, and not getting lost in the buzzwords. — Joining candidate calls — starting with our recruiter, and eventually flying solo. — Handling recruitment docs and keeping our CRM neat and tidy. — Learning (a lot), asking questions, growing fast, and never stopping.
