Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about intuitive and elegant digital experiences. You take initiative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy solving complex design challenges. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have up to two years of experience, you bring a strong visual eye, a user-centered mindset, and the drive to grow with a mission-driven startup building from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Visual Design
* Create clean, modern UI designs for web and mobile applications
* Design responsive layouts that perform across all devices and platforms
* Build visual assets, icons, and illustrations that enhance user experience
* Contribute to and evolve our design systems and component libraries
* Help shape our brand visual identity as we scale
UX & Strategy
* Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
* Design intuitive user flows and wireframes for complex applications
* Create interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively
* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation
What We’re Looking For
* A portfolio that shows initiative — projects where you identified problems and solved them
* Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Figma
* Enthusiasm for ownership and process improvement
* Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to learn — you’re excited about innovative products
* 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate in Design, HCI, or a related field
