The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
— English: at least Upper Intermediate;
— Good knowledge and clear understanding of gambling industry;
— Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices;
— Strong social skills and a natural talent for connecting with people, experience in business and contract negotiations;
— Team management skills and ability to lead;
— Ability to meet goals;
— Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
— Ability to go on business trips.
Your future responsibilities:
— Develop trustful and warm long-term relationships with our Customers to positively impact their loyalty and revenue growth, be a trusted partner for Customers;
— Identify growth opportunities within accounts, forecast current accounts needs, extend the scope of current accounts & create demand with more service offerings;
— Negotiate new deals within existing accounts;
— Track delivery of solutions/service to Customers, drive trouble-shooting process and ensure high level of Customer satisfaction;
— Analyze financial metrics with plan to grow them, prepare forecasts & reports;
— Align key stakeholders & Team around outcomes.
