Control+ is a fast-growing mobile app that uses AI to protect people from scams. We’re scaling rapidly and need a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to own our paid channels and drive efficient, data-driven growth.
What You’ll Own
* Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Expand into Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging channels
* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, acquisition, retargeting)
* Creative Testing & Optimization
* Analyze performance to double down on winners and iterate quickly
* Work with creative strategists and designers to A/B test ad formats, copy, and placements
* Budget & Bid Management
* Implement automated bidding rules and manual bid adjustments to hit CPA/CPI targets
* Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets across platforms
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface growth opportunities and inform strategy
* Build custom dashboards in Google Sheets or BI tools to track KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV:CAC)
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work directly with the technical founder to align acquisition goals with overall product roadmap
* Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to optimize on-app funnels and measure incrementality
✅ You’re a Fit If You...
* Have 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid UA campaigns in a product startup (subscription mobile apps) and high-growth environment
* Excel at interpreting data and translating insights into strategic optimizations
* Are highly organized, proactive, and thrive on fast-paced experimentation
* Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok For Business, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets
* Can balance a high bar for quality with a “ship and iterate” mentality
* Speak fluent English and can work asynchronously across time zones
