Requirements: * Proven experience building and executing B2B marketing strategy from scratch * Overall experience no less then 3-5 years senior expert in B2B, IT marketing * Solid understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing approaches * Hands-on experience across the full marketing cycle: research, planning, execution, and measurement * Ability to work independently without relying on micro-management or large teams * Proficiency with key channels: email, SEO, PPC (LinkedIn, Google Ads), content marketing, ABM * Familiarity with tools like Hubspot (or similar CRMs), Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Bonus: experience working closely with sales teams to shape and optimize the marketing pipeline * English level B2+ or higher * Background in service-based or consulting IT companies is a plus
Responsibilities: * Own and build the entire marketing strategy from the ground up, including brand positioning and lead generation * Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, ABM) with a focus on healthcare and AI markets * Collaborate with internal R&D team on running marketing experiments and testing new PoC * Drive continuous improvement of our website as a core marketing asset * Establish strong communication with the sales team to align marketing and lead-gen efforts * Implement lightweight and effective analytics to track performance and inform future decisions * Take full ownership of marketing tasks in a high-autonomy environment with minimal oversight
