We’re looking for a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on experience scaling digital products. This is not just a CEO in title — it’s a business architect capable of transforming a tech product with an active user base into a systematic, scalable, and monetizable business.
Key Responsibilities: * Conduct a comprehensive audit of the product’s current state: functionality, team, user base, marketing, and analytics. * Develop and align with the founder a 12–24 month business strategy and roadmap. * Set a primary growth focus (user base or revenue) and define key success metrics. * Launch and iterate on growth experiments: acquisition channels, referral mechanics, partnerships, monetization models. * Ensure growth of at least 30–40% in a key metric (MAU or revenue) within the first 3 months. * Implement an operating model: goal structure, KPIs, workflows, and regular reporting. * Build a growth & marketing engine: cross-promo, SEO etc. * Design and implement a sustainable monetization model (paid features, premium access, Web3 integrations, etc.). * Lead a cross-functional team (product, dev, marketing, design) with a trust-based, non-micromanagement approach. * Initiate and develop partnerships, consider collaborations and growth through business development. * Prepare the company for its next phase: investment round or capitalization via M&A.
Key Requirements: * Experience as a CEO, Head of Product, or Founding Team member in digital, mobile, or Web3 products, especially in B2C. * Proven track record of scaling digital products, including mobile apps. * Deep understanding of the Telegram ecosystem: product distribution, channel and bot mechanics, user behavior. * Expertise in growth mechanics: organic loops, virality, referral systems, MLM models — both standard and non-traditional. * Strong command of product and business metrics: retention, LTV, CAC, PMF, conversion, funnels, ARPU. * Experience building or adapting business models and unit economics, including profit forecasting, budget planning, and ROI management. * Business acumen: ability to identify market potential, craft compelling value propositions, build monetization and go-to-market strategies. * Entrepreneurial initiative and results-driven: capable of independently launching initiatives and driving them to completion. * Cross-functional leadership experience: product, engineering, marketing, design — built on trust and systems, not micromanagement. * Strategic planning and communication skills, strong prioritization, and the ability to lead through ambiguity to clear business results.
➕ Bonus Points For: * Experience in Web3 / crypto projects / tokenomics * Track record with Telegram-native products: Notcoin, StepN, Hamster Kombat, etc. * International market experience: launching in EMEA, LATAM, SEA
