We are seeking a Cloud Computing Engineer to strengthen our Cloud Operations Team, with a focus on monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding. You’ll be working in an AWS-centric environment, using the established tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and the TIG (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana) stack to ensure robust observability across services. Responsibilities: * Set up and refine monitoring and alerting mechanisms for AWS-based services * Build and improve Grafana dashboards for cloud operations visibility * Use and optimize the existing TIG stack for monitoring, especially within Kubernetes environments * Monitor additional AWS services including S3, SQS, and RDS * Write and manage alerting rules based on system and application metrics * Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure definition (already adopted in the project)
Requirements: * Solid hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Operations including CloudWatch and CloudTrail * Strong knowledge of the TIG stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana), with experience in Kubernetes monitoring * Experience with monitoring AWS services such as SQS, S3, and RDS * Familiarity with AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code * Understanding of best practices for cloud observability and alerting * English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
