Key Responsibilities * Prospect Research & Outreach * Build and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts using CRM (PipeDrive) * Execute outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, phone) and follow-up sequences * Qualify inbound inquiries to determine fit and sales-readiness * Content & Campaign Development * Collaborate with marketing to create email templates, messaging sequences, and playbooks * A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and cadence to optimize response rates * Lead Nurturing & Handoff * Track engagement—calls, emails, downloads, event attendance—and score leads accordingly * Schedule demos and discovery calls, ensuring handoff to Account Executives is seamless * Maintain up-to-date activity logs in CRM; generate weekly pipeline reports * Continuous Improvement * Analyze campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversion rates) and iterate * Identify new list sources, tools, or channels to scale lead generation * Share insights and best practices in regular team meetings
Required Qualifications * 2+ years of B2B lead generation or sales development experience * Proficiency with CRM and outbound prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io) * Strong written and verbal communication—crafting concise, compelling messages * Data-driven mindset: comfortable interpreting metrics and running A/B tests
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in AI / SaaS * Familiarity with inbound marketing tactics * Track record of exceeding lead-gen KPIs (e.g., ≥15% response rate)
