Devart Team is seeking a Head of Product to achieve product value and market share growth target. A person in this role will help increase user adoption and retention rates, work with fulfillment of the team performance and productivity OKRs.
The impact you will make: * Shape and drive our product strategy, aligning closely with sales, customer success, and tech teams. * Define and drive product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and business goals. * Own and manage a 1-2 year product roadmap, balancing growth, retention, and profitability. * Leverage deep product analytics to optimize the user journey, activation, and conversion funnels. * Build a world-class onboarding experience, improving trial-to-paid conversion and user engagement. * Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure better segmentation, targeting, and product-market fit. * Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and customer expansion strategies. * Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance the product, reduce friction, and improve retention. * Optimize pricing models and monetization strategies to maximize product value and revenue. * Foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and continuous innovation within the team.

Skills we are looking for: * 4+ years as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a B2B SaaS company. * Strong expertise in product analytics, understanding the full customer journey. * Experience in onboarding optimization, ensuring a frictionless user experience and increased trial-to-paid conversions. * Deep understanding of ICP, market segmentation, and customer needs analysis. * Track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products, with a strong focus on growth and retention. * Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership. * Solid experience in P&L management, SaaS financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention), and profitability optimization. * Proven ability to define pricing models, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. * Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating across product, marketing, sales, and customer success. * Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven approach. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present product vision clearly. * Upper Intermediate+ (B2, C1, C2) English proficiency.
