We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the SubSub team. SubSub is a revenue booster for video content creators. We build SaaS products, provide expert services, and collaborate with creators and media companies through our YouTube-certified network. Our mission is to help creators monetize their content in every possible way—and we’re just getting started.
Our Core Products: * SubSub Analytics — a 360° YouTube analytics tool that helps creators understand the market, track performance, and uncover growth opportunities. * SubSub Fan Funding — an all-in-one tool to monetize your content, build an engaged community, and turn your creative passion into a sustainable business. * SubSub Live — a powerful tool for 24/7 automated streaming on YouTube and Facebook to boost watch time and revenue.
What you’ll do * Trend & Niche Tracking: Stay on top of creator-economy trends and platform updates. Know what’s timely, relevant, and resonating in key niches—and use that knowledge to shape content. * Hypothesis Building: Uncover audience needs and content opportunities. Develop narrative ideas and content hypotheses that drive engagement and deliver value. * Content Creation: Write or lead the production of high-quality content—landing pages, social-media copy, articles, ad texts, and more—that aligns with our brand voice and product strategy. * SEO Collaboration: Coordinate with our English-speaking copywriter and marketer to craft and refine SEO-optimized articles and website content. * Platform & Channel Expertise: Adapt content for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Telegram, Reddit, and Discord), applying knowledge of their algorithms and best practices. * Performance Analysis: Track key content metrics—engagement, conversion, retention—and use insights to continuously refine and improve performance
We’re looking for someone who has: * Proven Content Marketing Experience: You’ve held roles like Content Marketer, Producer, or Strategist and delivered measurable impact. * Excellent Copywriting Skills: You can craft compelling, conversion-driven content for websites, campaigns, social media, and more. * Advanced English (C1+): You’ll work in English daily and need excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Platform Savvy: You’re comfortable across content formats and know how to tailor messages by platform. * Strategic Mindset: You combine data fluency with creative thinking to build and grow high-performing content. * YouTube & Creator-Economy Experience: A strong advantage if you’ve worked directly with YouTube or within the creator ecosystem.
