Helpware is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the production of visual materials across a variety of formats, assisting in the development of digital and print assets, social media content, presentations, and more. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented designer to gain experience in a dynamic, global environment and grow within an experienced team.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
* Solid skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
* Basic understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience in photo editing and retouching.
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across materials.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
* Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
* Previous internship or freelance experience is a plus.
* A portfolio with 3–5 relevant works (study or freelance projects are acceptable).
Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating digital and print materials (social media visuals, presentations, internal graphics, etc.).
* Work within existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
* Edit and retouch photos as needed for various formats.
* Support the senior designers in producing high-quality visual content.
* Participate in team reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
* Help manage asset libraries and maintain organized files.
