We are looking for a passionate and driven Head of CRM/Retention to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to significantly impact our customer acquisition strategies and drive business growth in the Ukrainian market.
Our main expectations: * 3+ years of experience as a CRM department manager; * Experience in the gaming industry is required; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Optimove, FastTrack or similar CRM platforms will be an advantage; * Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights; * Experience in leading and developing teams; * Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective interaction with other teams; * Creativity and strong problem-solving skills; * Understanding of the psychology and motivation of players in the context of the game environment; * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Areas of responsibility: * Lead the CRM/Retention team, inspiring them to achieve ambitious goals; * Create a collaborative environment where initiative and creativity are encouraged; * Mentor and support the professional development of each team member; * Develop comprehensive CRM strategies for both mass campaigns and personalized initiatives; * Create individualized user journeys aimed at increasing player engagement and loyalty; * Develop creative promotional campaigns tailored to different audience segments; * Plan, create and launch CRM campaigns in a multi-channel environment; * Ensure timely implementation of all bonus and communication activities; * Effectively collaborate with related departments (marketing, product, analytics, etc.); * Be responsible for the CRM budget, controlling the efficient use of resources; * Work on increasing the ROI of campaigns through continuous cost optimization; * Analyze campaign results, identifying areas for improvement; * Use A/B testing and other approaches to improve communications; * Identify trends in user behavior and implement new solutions; * Ensure that all CRM activities comply with applicable laws and internal company policies; * Monitor changes in the regulatory environment that may affect CRM strategies; * Initiate improvements to the internal processes of the CRM team;
