We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst/BI Engineer to join our client’s team and help drive process improvements through data-driven insights. You will work with a leading company in the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) domain, supporting internal teams by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. Responsibilities: * Analyze large sets of internal data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process and hardware optimization. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into analytical solutions. * Work with existing Python scripts and create new tools to automate and enhance data analysis processes. * Learn and become familiar with the client’s domain (PCR) as part of ongoing work. * Interpret and use available technical documentation as needed to support analysis tasks.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. * Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting. * Experience working with AWS Cloud services related to data (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, etc.). * Strong data visualization and dashboard creation skills using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Ability to translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights. * Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Comfortable working with limited documentation and able to operate independently. * Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains and technologies.
Nice to Have: * Experience working in product companies. * Familiarity with the PCR or broader biotech/healthcare domain.
