We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to join United Tech. Our product is part of the social networking niche and is actively scaling across Tier-1 markets. With millions of active users, we build top-quality solutions where exceptional design meets clean, thoughtful code. As a Payment Product Manager, you will have the freedom to influence decisions, rethink and rebuild payment processes, and face complex, high-stakes challenges daily.
In this role, you will * Analyze customer needs, stay up-to-date with current market trends, and identify potential partnership opportunities * Collaborate with international payment solution providers * Build a reporting system for monitoring and extracting actionable insights for feature development * Optimize payment pass-through rates, reduce chargeback rates, and reduce fraud rates * Implement and manage product anti-fraud mechanics, including ML system integration * Analyze the effectiveness of payment methods and different payment packages through A/B testing * Integrate new payment providers and methods * Manage and automate the billing support function
It’s all about you * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2 years of experience in payment-related roles * 2 years of experience with B2C market * Data-driven and ownership mindset * Experience in conducting A/B tests * Experience with PCI DCC audit * Worked with services: CheckOut, Stripe, Exactly, Trustpay, Checkout Champ, Clarify, Inovio * Upper-intermediate English or higher
Would be a plus * Working knowledge of SQL or Python * Experience using Tableau
