We’re expanding and looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and make an impact!
About the Project We’re building the future of data transformation. Our platform empowers business users to manage their own definitions and logic for financial reporting — all without SQL expertise or a data team.
Qualifications * Experience designing complex software products, ideally in B2B SaaS, data, or analytics * Proven ability to lead design projects from discovery through delivery * Experience conducting user research and translating findings into product improvements * Track record of cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams * Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design and UX thinking * Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal * High level of English proficiency — you’ll be working closely with an international team * Mastery of Figma and related design tools * Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
Nice to Have * Experience designing products in the fintech domain
✅ What We’re Looking For * A proven track record (5+ years) of shipping successful web products with measurable impact * The ability to translate complex data concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences * Deep expertise in product discovery — from problem framing to solution validation * Experience creating cohesive design systems that scale across products and platforms * Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You’ll Do * Drive the vision for our product experience, making it powerful yet accessible to users without specialized data knowledge * Focus on features and projects that deliver immediate value to existing customers while building for future growth * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the end-to-end user and customer experience * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate product releases and build an engaged customer community * Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across our product * Contribute to Preql’s brand identity through the marketing website, blog, and promotional materials * Advocate for user needs in strategic conversations while balancing business objectives * Continuously evolve our product based on user feedback and analytics
