We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who knows how to turn data into decisions that move the business forward. You’ll own the full analytics stack — from digging into raw data to generating insights — and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive smarter, faster decisions that fuel our growth. You won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll turn them into experiments, direction, and real business outcomes. You’ll be working as the only Analyst on the team, taking full ownership of the analytics strategy (reports to CEO). About the product: Our product is a white-niche marketing platform designed to help companies with creating job advertising campaigns and managing traffic. Right now, it’s in the MVP stage—a great chance to join a small startup team (CTO, 3 Python Developers, 1 React Developer and a Product Owner), and have a real impact on its development What You’ll Be Doing: * Take full ownership of the analytics function — from infrastructure to insights; * Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture; * Develop dashboards and tools to monitor performance across clients and partners; * Proactively uncover bottlenecks and growth opportunities through data; * Work closely with business and tech teams to translate needs into actionable data solutions; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the company; * Generate insights, formulate hypotheses, and run experiments to validate ideas and improve performance; * Set up processes for measurement, forecasting, and performance reporting.
You are our ideal candidate if you: * Have 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with some exposure to data engineering (in Product, Marketing, or Growth teams); * Combine strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how data drives business outcomes; * Take initiative and can independently lead the analytics function end-to-end; * Are highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets; * Have hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and database architecture; * Work confidently with modern BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI; * Understand marketing metrics and know how to turn data into actionable, decision-ready insights; * Communicate with clarity and can confidently present your thinking and recommendations.
It would be a plus if you: * Are proficient in Python (for automation and advanced data manipulation); * Have experience working in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing environments.
