We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
What is the role about?
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing Fixed Price projects and understands the discipline, structure, and proactive risk management these engagements require. While prior experience with Fixed Price models is essential, this role will involve working across different engagement types, including Time & Material and dedicated teams.
As a Project Manager, you will support our current and new projects. You will be responsible for full-cycle project delivery, client communication, risk and scope management, and ensuring transparency through clear reporting and change logs.
Also, you will be always welcome to take an active part in technical and non-technical discussions.
The challenge
You will be offered to work with 2 to 4 projects simultaneously, depending on their size, thus we expect you to have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
How many stages of the interview are there?
* Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min;
* Interview with Senior PM — up to 1 hour;
* Interview with our PMO — up to 30 min.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in Software Project Management;
* Deep knowledge of the project management lifecycle and best practices;
* Experience delivering fixed-price projects within timeline and budget;
* Budget management;
* Effective time management and prioritization skills;
* Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities;
* Team performance management experience;
* Risk management experience and problem-solving skills;
* Experience with product discovery processes;
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills;
* Stakeholder management experience;
* Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU);
* Understanding of mobile and web development lifecycles;
* Expertise in project management tools — Jira, Confluence;
* Upper-intermediate English.
It would be a plus:
— ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications.
Responsibilities:
* Gathering requirements and transitioning them from the design team to development;
* Manage and track the Change Management log;
* Documentation of work and integrations (a strong understanding of business formatting and presentation documentation);
* Stakeholder and Communication management within the project;
* Project planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress;
* Team management, performance, and motivation overview;
* Budget Management (Invoicing) and Risk Management;
* Quality planning and control.
